Can I use my phone on the plane?

You can use it in airplane mode. Mobile network usage is not allowed during the flight.

What should I do if I lose my ticket?

Your e-ticket can be reissued via email or retrieved using your booking reference and personal information.

Can I book a connecting flight?

Yes, you can choose connecting flight itineraries depending on your preferred schedule.

Do I need a visa when flying to another country?

It depends on your destination and nationality. Please check the visa requirements before booking your ticket.

Can I book tickets for multiple people at once?

Yes, the system allows you to book tickets for multiple passengers in a single reservation.

How early should I arrive at the airport before my flight?

Dear passengers, please be present at the check-in counter on time as specified to ensure all necessary procedures are completed before the flight departs.

For domestic flights: The check-in counter opens 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.

For international flights departing from Thailand: The counter opens 3 hours before departure.

For international flights departing from outside Thailand: The counter also opens 3 hours before departure.

The check-in counter closes 45 minutes before departure for both domestic and international flights.

Note: Check-in procedures may vary depending on the airport or flight.

How can I pay for my extra baggage in advance?

If you wish to add-on your baggage, please email to reservations@th.vietair.org at least 1 days prior to your departure date for payment link and further instructions.

 

How can I get a refund for my ticket?

For cancellation and refund, please email to reservations@th.vietair.org for further supports and charge details.

Kindly be noted that some ticket classes are not allowed for cancellation and refund according to our Fare Rules and Regulations which were informed to you before your payment made.

 

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple pay, Google pay and online banking. Please ensure your chosen payment method is supported before proceeding with your booking.

How long after making the payment will I receive the e-ticket?

Normally e-ticket should be issued and sent to your registered email address (inbox, spam, junk) within 2 hours after payment made. However, it may take to 12 hours due to the connection or system issue.

If you do not receive e-ticket within 2 hours, kindly contact us at reservations@th.vietair.org for further supports and re-sending e-ticket.

How can I book a flight through your website?

Please visit our website, in the searching box, you can easily book a flight by entering your destination, travel date, preferred flight, affordable ticket class, then fill up passenger details in the booking form. Before making the payment to finish your booking and secure your ticket, kindly review your booking once again to avoid any mistake.

I want to change the name after ticket issued, how should we do?

Please be advised that the passenger is not permitted to substitute or change the named passenger after the ticket is issued.

Can I make changes to my flight after booking?

Yes, you can modify your flight details depending on the fare rules. Fees may apply, and changes are subject to availability.

How can I order a special meal?

You should contact us through email reservations@th.vietair.org within 48 hours before departure time to place your order.

Kindly be noted that some kind of special foods may not be served due to the subject reasons, so we do hope to receive your understanding and co-operation.

When can I check in online?

You can check in online for your flight from 24 hours to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.

Please be noted:

- Online check-in is only accepted at certain domestic and international airports. Please check carefully before your departure date.

- Online check-in can be proceeded each time for a maximum of 9 passengers. If your booking has more than 9 passengers, please check in online multiple times for passengers in the same booking reference.

- If you have multiple e-tickets for the same itinerary in the same PNR, please check in at the airport.

- Online check-in is not available for the following passengers:

  • Passengers with special services (special meal services, online check-in is still supported);
  • Passengers traveling with children under two years old;
  • Passengers traveling on flights operated by other airlines
