By accessing and using our website for any purpose of searching, referencing or booking, you acknowledge that you’re fully understanding and accepting, as well as agreeing not to violate our Terms and Conditions.
We recommend you to read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing our products. If you object to any of it please leave this website immediately.
Please also be noted that VietAir reserves the rights to cancel or terminate any booking if it’s in such case:
• (i) required by law.
• (ii) payment is not made in time.
• (iii) ticket availability issues.
• (iv) system errors or any technical problems that may cause us in processing customer’s request.
Acting as a travel agency, beside the ticket fare, ticketing fee and service fee should be collected per passenger on each flight and ticket price is not the same with other websites.
All information on this site is conducted and belongs to https://www.th.vietair.org, which should not be used, copied, changed or modified by any individual or organization. Failing of this condition shall be involved to law.
II. BAGGAGE
1. Free Baggage Allowance
Free baggage allowance depends on the fare class, and is subject to specific conditions and limitations of each airline, as well as our own policies, which are clearly detailed on our Baggage Policy page.
2. Excess Baggage
Passengers will be required to pay a fee for any baggage that exceeds the free baggage allowance. Payment regulations are outlined in our Baggage Policy.
3. Items That May Be Refused For Carriage
For safety reasons and in compliance with international aviation regulations, we reserve the right to deny carriage of the following items:
a. Items not properly packed as required for either checked or carry-on baggage, or not contained in a secure suitcase or container suitable for transport;
b. Items that could endanger the aircraft, passengers, or onboard property, including those listed under ICAO’s Technical Instructions and IATA’s Dangerous Goods Regulations;
c. Items prohibited under applicable laws or regulations of any departure, transit, or destination country;
d. Items deemed unsuitable for transport due to their weight, size, shape, or nature;
e. Fragile or perishable items;
f. Live or deceased animals;
g. Human remains – in specific cases, cremated remains may be transported as carry-on or checked baggage if properly sealed in an airtight container, and accompanied by a death certificate and health quarantine clearance;
h. Strong-smelling food such as durian, jackfruit, fish sauce, or other fermented foods;
i. Fresh or frozen seafood or meat that is not properly packed per airline regulations. Only dry, non-perishable food in approved foam or insulated containers that pass inspection will be accepted. If a passenger refuses inspection, the airline may refuse carriage;
j. Dangerous goods including explosives, flammable or non-flammable gases (e.g., spray cans, lighter gas), refrigerants (e.g., diving tanks, liquid nitrogen), flammable liquids (e.g., paint, solvents), flammable solids (e.g., matches, lighters), organic peroxides (e.g., latex), toxic or infectious substances (e.g., viruses, bacteria), radioactive materials, corrosives (e.g., acid, mercury, thermometers), magnetic materials, and oxidizers (e.g., bleach);
k. Weapons of any kind including firearms (pepper guns, rubber bullet guns, laser guns, nail guns, etc.), ammunition, swords, rubber batons, stun guns, metal knuckles, tear gas, smoke or toxic grenades, handcuffs (metal or plastic), or any similar items considered harmful.

4. Right To Refuse Carriage
Airlines reserve the right to refuse carriage of any items listed above in Section 3. If such items are discovered, they may be removed or refused transport.

Unless pre-arranged, baggage exceeding the free allowance may be carried on a later flight.

Checked baggage must be securely packed in a proper suitcase or container to ensure safe handling during transport.
For codeshare or connecting flights where airlines do not have an interline baggage agreement, baggage will not be automatically transferred. Passengers are responsible for collecting and rechecking baggage themselves. The airline will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage.
Note: We may suspend or cancel your access to our booking system without notice if we detect suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity.
5. Items Not Recommended For Checked Baggage
Passengers are advised not to place fragile, perishable, or high-value items in checked baggage. This includes artwork, cameras, cash, jewelry, precious metals or stones, electronic devices, valuable documents, securities, contracts, business documents, or personal identification.
We are not liable for any loss or damage to these items, whether or not you informed us in advance.
6. Security Checks & Screening
For security reasons, airlines may request to search your person and inspect or screen your baggage (via x-ray, manual check, etc.). Refusal to comply may result in denial of carriage.
We are not responsible for any damage resulting from such procedures unless directly caused by our negligence. Items confiscated by airport or government authorities are not eligible for compensation.
7. Checked Baggage Policy
Checked baggage policies are subject to airline-specific terms and our Baggage Policy.

General Rules:

Each checked item must not exceed 32kg. The total of three dimensions must not exceed 158cm.

Infants (INF) are not eligible for free baggage allowance.

Children aged 2 and above are entitled to the same baggage policy as adults.

Any single item over 32kg will not be accepted as baggage.

Any item with dimensions exceeding 119cm in any direction is considered oversized baggage and must be pre-arranged. Oversized checked baggage must not exceed 203cm (L x W x H) and 32kg per piece.

If baggage exceeds the allowed weight or size, passengers must purchase a baggage upgrade at the airport.
8. Carry-on Baggage
Each passenger (excluding infants under 2 years old) may bring:
- 1 main carry-on item (max dimensions: 56cm x 36cm x 23cm), and
- 1 small personal item (e.g., handbag, laptop, camera, baby care bag, duty-free bag...)
Total weight must not exceed 7kg. All items must fit under the seat or in the overhead compartment. Items exceeding the allowance must be checked in, and excess baggage fees will apply.
Musical instruments exceeding cabin size limits (but under 75kg) may be carried onboard if a separate seat is purchased.
9. Baggage Claim
Passengers must claim their baggage as soon as possible upon arrival. Unclaimed baggage may incur storage charges. Baggage not claimed within 60 days may be disposed of without liability. Perishable items may be discarded earlier.
Only the person with the baggage claim tag is allowed to retrieve the baggage. If you’ve lost your tag, you’ll need to provide proof of ownership.
By accepting your baggage without immediate complaint, it is considered delivered in full accordance with the transport contract.
Important:
All liquids, aerosols, and gels in carry-on baggage must be stored in containers of 100ml or less, in compliance with airport security regulations.
III. RESERVATION
1. Seat Selection
We will endeavor to honor advance seating requests. However, we cannot guarantee any particular seat. We reserve the right to assign or re-assign seats at any time, even after boarding of the aircraft. This may be necessary for operational, safety, government regulatory, health or security reasons. We will make reasonable seating accommodations for Passengers who need our assistance in accordance with applicable law.
We will do our best to accommodate your seat preference; however, we cannot guarantee specific seats. We reserve the right to assign or reassign seats at any time, including after boarding, for operational, safety, regulatory, medical, or security reasons. Reasonable seating arrangements will be made for passengers requiring assistance in accordance with applicable laws.
2. No-Show Service Fee
All tickets will be rendered void if the passenger cancels or fails to board the flight. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be held for future use.
3. Ticket Payment Deadline
If payment is not made by the specified deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without prior notice.
4. Booking Requirements
We will record your booking and provide written confirmation upon request. Some ticket types may come with restrictions, such as being non-changeable or non-refundable. Please carefully review the fare conditions applicable to your ticket.
5. Fares and Service Fees
In addition to the base fare, the total ticket price includes taxes and applicable service fees (fuel surcharges, passenger service fees, ticketing fees, etc.).
6. Amendments and Waivers
Our staff and agents are not authorized to amend or waive any of the terms listed above. We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice; however, any changes will not apply to flights that have already been completed.
7. Schedule Changes
Please reconfirm your flight details before departure.

Make sure to check both your inbox and spam/junk folders to avoid missing important updates.
• If the new departure time differs by less than 4 hours from the original, credit refunds will not be issued.
• If the change is 4 hours or more, you may request a credit refund. Please note that such credit is non-transferable and can only be reused to purchase tickets or services under your name.
9. Personal Data
As an online booking agent we may use and disclose your personal information to third party that performs services such as VietAir or codeshares partners of VietAir (depend on each carrier). We may also share your information:
(i) to identify of fraud or error,
ii) to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities,
(iii) to seek your feedback regarding our relationship with you, (iv) to protect our rights and safety,
(v) to third parties for the purpose of marketing and servicing our relationship.
The third parties that we share the information must protect it and must only use it for the purpose for which it was collected. However, we’re not responsible for ensuring this.
Other than above, we will not disclose your information without your acceptance unless required by law.
10. Reconfirmation Of E-ticket Received
If you do not receive e-ticket (s) within 24 hours after payment made, please reconfirm by contacting us through our 24/7 supporting email: reservations@th.vietair.org
We will consider your silence as receiving of our e-ticket email confirmation and should be no claiming upon that.
11. Modification
We reserve the right to modify, change or update above-mentioned conditions without prior notice to ensure all information is matched up with the Airlines’ information. This kind of modification shall not be applied or affected to prior carriage.
12. Security
To protect your privacy and confidentiality, our engineers are standing by 24/7 to deal with any problem that suddenly occurs. Additionally, we also regularly review and upgrade our security system and encryption technologies. All personal information is well managed to avoid any loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.
IV. FARE RULES
Depending our the fare type and the airline, you may request to cancel or change your current ticket to other travel date or flight title with same ticket class or higher classes (not allowed downing grade to lower classes) and charges (change/refund fee + different fee between two flights - if available) should be applied. Different ticket classes and different flight types (domestic and international) for each airline will have different cancellation fee and change fee as follows.
1. SkyBoss Class
SkyBoss fares include 10kg of carry-on baggage, 30kg of checked baggage, and one golf bag (up to 15kg, if applicable). Passengers also enjoy premium services such as access to luxury lounges (where available), priority check-in, exclusive SkyBoss shuttle service to the aircraft (at airports without airbridges), and priority seat selection.
SkyBoss tickets allow free flight changes under the following conditions:
- Flight date, time, and route changes are free of charge up to 3 hours before the original departure time. The new fare must be equal to or higher than the original fare. If the new fare is higher, the fare difference must be paid at the time of change.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of cancellation or no-show, the entire fare will be forfeited. Refunds are only applicable under our Refund Policy detailed in Section 11.
2. Deluxe Class
Deluxe fares include 7kg of carry-on baggage and 20kg of checked baggage. Additional perks include priority check-in and standard seat selection.
Deluxe tickets offer free flight changes under the following conditions:
- Flight date, time, and route changes are free of charge up to 3 hours before scheduled departure. The new fare must be equal to or higher than the original fare. Any fare difference must be paid by the passenger.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of cancellation or no-show, the full fare will be forfeited.
3. Eco Class
Eco fares include 7kg of carry-on baggage. Checked baggage is not included and should be purchased separately if needed.
Eco tickets can be changed under the following conditions:
- Changes to flight date, time, or route must be made at least 3 hours before departure. A change fee applies for each modification. The new fare must be equal to or higher than the original fare. If higher, the fare difference must be paid at the time of change.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the passenger cancels or does not show up for the flight, the full fare will be forfeited.

Insurance does not apply to any fare types or flights operated by Thai Vietjet and Vietjet Air.

In the event of flight cancellations due to Thai Vietjet’s operations (VZ flights):

Passengers may request a refund in the form of a credit shell issued under the passenger’s name. The credit shell is valid for 365 days from the original departure date and can be used to purchase tickets or additional services for the same passenger named on the original booking.

Passengers whose Thai Vietjet flight has been rescheduled with a time difference of more than 4 hours compared to the original scheduled departure time may request support, provided that notification is made at least 3 hours before the departure of the first flight segment on the ticket.
