Airport Check-in
Thai Vietjet check-in counters open 120 minutes before the scheduled departure time. We recommend checking in at least 60 minutes before the counter closes for check-in and baggage drop.

Kiosk Check-in
Thai Vietjet offers kiosk check-in services for passengers, available at the departure airport based on availability. For more information about this service, please contact the airline’s customer service. Kiosk check-in is available 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.

App Check-in
Thai Vietjet passengers can also check in through the airline's official mobile app (available on Android/iOS). To do this, simply download the Thai Vietjet to your phone. App check-in is available 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.

Cabin Baggage

Personal Item

Checked Baggage
Thai VietJet does not include free checked baggage in the standard ticket fare. The maximum weight for each checked baggage item is 30 kg (depending on the flight’s policy).

Excess Baggage
